We can deliver up to 250 miles from our shop in Ligonier, Indiana. We only charge $1.99/mile loaded one way(plus any tolls incurred). Dakota coop delivery price is more. The Dakota delivery is delivered by another company and does cost more. Call for pricing . We will pull our trailer as close to your site as possible so keep this in mind when trying to figure out the location for your coop. We do not do any leveling at the site upon delivery. We do not lift or push the coops as they weigh several hundred pounds. We use our tilt trailer. It will slide right off into the spot our customer's pick if we can drive there. Our coops are built to last out of the quality materials. However, we are NOT responsible for coops that are purchased unpainted and left out in the weather unprotected. Any damages incurred from being left unpainted are NOT our responsibility and we offer NO such guarantee. We accept cash or credit card upon delivery. Sorry NO CHECKS will be accepted. Order early as Spring is our busiest time! Thank You!

The Yukon Insulated Doghouse/playhouse~$2,699.00
Yukon-Insulated Doghouse/Playhouse
Our biggest insulated doghouse/playhouse is 6' x 10' and is built on 4" x 6" green treated runners to elevate it off the ground.It comes with D rings attached to runners to make it easy to pull or move around your yard. It comes with 4 casement windows that open halfway or all the way to allow for air flow in the warmer months. It has insulated walls, insulated ceilings, and insulated floors to help keep it warmer in the winter months. The inside has 1/4" wall board on the walls and ceilings to give it that home like quality. The floor has linoleum on it for easy clean up. The Yukon basic package is $2,699.00. We do have amenities listed below that you can add on for additional costs. We do offer delivery up to 250 miles from our shop in Ligonier, Indiana for only $1.99/mile loaded one way. The Yukon doghouse/playhouse will roll off of our trailer to the spot of your choice or as close as we can get the trailer. We do not move it after it is off the trailer. The Montana Doghouse~ $1,999.00 is shown below in the following pictures.
The Big Montana Doghouse~ It is 4'W x5 1/2' T x 8' L and weighs approx. 500 lbs. All doghouses feature the following standard options: Painted T1-11 pine grooved siding, Insulated walls, insulated floor, insulated ceiling, linoleum flooring, 30 yr dimensional shingles, interior paneling and trim, electrical outlet and light switch, aluminum sliding screen casement window, a doggie door which can be easily removed and re-stalled with 2 screws for seasonal application, a large entry Human door, and thermostat controlled hound heater.
Our cedar siding is an upgrade option.

These Doghouses have insulated floors, walls, and roofs. They come painted (or stained if you upgrade to the cedar wood) and with a hound heater. Cupolas are also extra. We handcraft these out of the best solid materials to provide a shelter that will last. Call 260-215-2587.

The following video is of the Dakota Coop. It is 6' W x 12'L x 8 'T(heighth is measured from the ground to the roof where it comes to a peak at the shingles. It will hold up to 40 chickens with 12 nesting boxes. It is built on top of green treat runners to elevate the coop off of the ground. It comes with T1-11 siding, 2 x4 construction, 4 functioning windows that open to 2 different height positions, a sliding chicken pop door, an entry door for you, and 2 large vented windows on the back. Runs are sold separately and listed below.
